"Sitting People" is a series that explores the daily moments of people as they take a moment to rest. Through this series, I aim to capture the beauty and simplicity in the act of sitting, as well as the various emotions and thoughts that may be reflected on a person's face. The series features a diverse range of individuals, from those who are alone to those in groups, and those who are in busy public spaces to those in quiet, private moments. My goal is to showcase the universality of this everyday act and to reveal the depth of humanity in seemingly mundane moments. By capturing these instances, I hope to evoke a sense of empathy and connection with my audience, as they are invited to reflect on their own experiences of sitting and the emotions and thoughts that come with it.
